These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and AtlasServer ("we," "our," or "the Company") regarding the use of our local deployment platform AtlasServer-Enterprise and the cloud-based administration dashboard ("Services").

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Depending on the acquired plan, your license may allow a specific number of users. You are responsible for ensuring that all authorized users under your license comply with these Terms.

Payments for paid plans are processed through our authorized payment service providers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the end of the current period.
We offer full refunds within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our Services. No refunds are offered for cancellations after this period.

AtlasServer-Enterprise is designed to keep your applications and data completely local. The Cloud Dashboard only stores information related to user, license, and team management.
All rights, title, and interest in AtlasServer-Enterprise, the Dashboard, and any related documentation are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense such feedback without restrictions.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our Services.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the plan during the previous 12 months.
These Terms will remain in effect while you use our Services or maintain an account with us.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the Dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Warranties and Limitations of Liability, and General Provisions will survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
